- Manual Control and Automatic Control - The WalkingPad R1 Pro can be controlled in three ways. Under manual mode, it can be controlled using the remote control or the KS Fit APP. The speed interval is 0.5 mph, so it can be ideal for beginners. Alternatively, R1 Pro can be controlled by feet under the auto mode, thanks to an integrated pressure sensor.
- Walking Treadmill - The WalkingPad R1 Pro has 2 modes to meet your different exercising needs. When the handrail is folded, the treadmill can be used as an under desk treadmill with a speed of 0.5 - 3.7 mph. When the handrail is raised, the speed range is 0.5 - 6.2 mph, and you can run to reach your fitness goal.
